I saw Pirates of the Caribbean again last night @ the Cinerama. God, I love that movie. It's way better the second time. I can't wait until the next one.

Along with The Pirates of the Caribbean, another movie is coming out based on a popular Disney attraction, The Haunted Mansion. Now, normally I would be going "AWESOME"...but I'm not. When the previews began, I saw who was cast in the film. Eddy Murphy...WHY!? WHY!?!?!? *Falls to the floor in a dramatic display* Once I saw him, I was sorely disappointed. I am more so disappointed now that I have read this.

Plot Outline: When a workaholic visits a haunted house with his family during a job interview, he meets a ghost that teaches him a lesson about the importance of the family that he has neglected.

Good Lord! This is going to be a total cheese fest! HAHAH. I just looked over that page again. Comedy / Horror / Family / Fantasy (more) How is that going to be a horror movie? Comedy...it's Eddie Murphy, and with him, that's a given. Family...DUH. It's Disney. Fantasy...well, yeah. But Horror?

I just never thought that they would turn that into an....Eddie Murphy thing. Just doesn't fit. *Shrugs*

What did I expect, though? It's Disney. They're rulers of the cheese-ball family films *Sigh*

I'll end up seeing it though. I will give it a chance. Hopefully it will prove me wrong, and I'll enjoy it. I probably just have to get over the fact that it's Eddie Murphy. *Shutters*
